Welcome to BundleoftheWeek.com!
This page includes answers to some of the most common issues and questions with digital purchases. If you have a question that is not addressed in the following FAQs, please send us an email. For problems with your order, please forward your order receipt to email@example.com with as many details as possible about the issue you’re having.
I didn’t receive my download link.
Your download link is sent automatically via email immediately after your purchase. Be sure to check your spam folder, as the email confirmation could be stuck in spam! Emails are sent to the email address associated with your Paypal account, so be sure to check that inbox as well.
My download link has expired.
If your download link expires before you’re able to download your files, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can reactivate it for you. Be sure to forward your confirmation email so that we can easily pull it up in our records!
Can you send my order to a different email address?
Our system automatically sends download links to the email address associated with your Paypal account. If you’d like your order sent to a different email address, please email email@example.com with the email address associated with your Paypal account so that we can verify your order and send that email manually.
My eCheck Payment has cleared my bank, but I haven’t received my downloads.
Unfortunately, once the payment clears your bank, it still takes a couple days to clear Paypal. You should receive an email with a download link within three business days after your purchase was made. (If not, be sure to check your spam, as those are sent automatically!)
How do I open the ebooks on my iPhone, iPod or iPad?
Click on each link in the email to download the individual books. This opens the ebook but does not save it to your device. Click on the icon in the upper right corner and select Open in Safari. Once the ebook opens in the browser, tap in the middle of the screen. You should then see options to open/save the ebook in specific apps on your device, i.e. the Kindle, iBooks or Dropbox app. (If you don’t have one of those free apps installed, install the app first and then download the book.)
How do I read the ebooks on my Kindle or Kindle app?
Amazon makes it easy to read a variety of documents on your Kindle or Kindle app with the send-to-Kindle feature. Read more here.
How do I load the files to other mobile devices?
On most tablets, you should be able to download the PDF files directly to your device by clicking on the links in your email confirmation from your tablet. For e-readers and tablets that don’t support file download, simply download the files on your computer and then transfer them via USB cord to your device.
What format are these ebooks?
All of the ebooks in our bundles are PDF files. They can be read on any computer or sent to a variety of devices.
When are new bundles announced?
New bundles go live at 8am EST each Monday morning. Sign up for the weekly newsletter and we’ll send you a reminder each week!
Can I get a bundle from a previous week?
Unfortunately, once a bundle offer expires, it’s gone, gone, gone.
Can I get a refund because…I already have these ebooks, I didn’t realize these were ebooks and not physical books, etc.?
Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction, but because of the time and Paypal fees involved with processing refunds, we do charge a $1.40 processing fee for refunds of this nature.
How do I submit my ebook for inclusion in a bundle?
We’re always on the lookout for new authors and ebooks. Please submit your ebook here!
Can I sign up as an affiliate?
We love affiliates! Sign up as an affiliate and earn $1 for every bundle sold through your link.
